also realized that it kinda symbolizes the essay

Oh absolutely, couldn't agree more. Cold fermented dough has a flavour punch that unfolds over every bite and chew. Same with how the steeping and flavouring process of kombucha reveals the flavour interplays and subtlety so much more beautifully than a simple mixed juice.

Depth needs time to simmer, steep and stew. Same with being a leader - simmering and stewing in the questions of who we are lends depth and layers to our ability to lead other humans through uncertain or trying times. There's no shortcut to becoming better.
